Liam Fitzpatrick

Specialist Behaviour Consultant

Liam has over twenty years’ experience teaching in schools. Eighteen of those years were spent in behavioural and pastoral care roles lending his experience to whole school strategic advice on processes and systems, undertaking Head of Year and Head of House Management roles, overseeing teams of tutors and motivational reward driven ideologies.

Liam also worked for Children’s Services in Walsall for four years, contributing to National Initiatives whilst rolling out Borough Initiatives. Liam has recently been called upon by other Local Authorities as an advisor and expert to independent review panels. Liam’s manner lends itself perfectly to School Partnerships, using an empathetic and practical approach to implement Education Inclusion Strategies. Whether advising and supporting schools with the development of strategic responses to behavioural issues or aiding them to maintain a whole school inclusive ethos, school leaders have always responded positively and enthusiastically to Liam’s ideas and solutions. As can be seen by the following testimonials.

Liam is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and always approachable. He has significance experience across special, primary and secondary sectors and his depth is evident in his practice. Liam has become an integral part of our inclusion support team in school.
